General Information
Sister Lydia Longley Madeleine, Council #13140 is named after Lydia Longley, a Groton native and the first American-born woman to take religious vows.  Our council is closely affiliated with our parish, Our Lady of Grace.

Mission
Above and beyond supporting the charters, missions and needs of our parish and Supreme Council, our council's focus is the youth of our Parish.  We recognize that our youth represent the future of our Parish and of the Catholic faith and are committed to fostering their faith by promoting Christ's teachings in hope of expanding God's Kingdom.
